VEDA PATH
Sanatana Dharma is the world's oldest living spiritual tradition — a vast, diverse family of philosophies, practices, and devotions spanning over 4,000 years. Not a single creed but an ocean of wisdom: from the cosmic hymns of the Rigveda to the intimate devotion of Krishna bhakti, from the silence of yogic meditation to the thunderous celebration of Diwali.

THE FOUR VEDAS
CORE CONCEPTS
The moral law governing the universe. Both universal (Sanatana Dharma) and individual (Svadharma). Duty, righteousness, and the path of right action.
Every action creates a corresponding reaction — not punishment, but natural law. Good actions create good karma; the soul carries its karma across lifetimes.
The continuous cycle of birth, death, and rebirth. Driven by karma and desire. Not inherently negative — it is the classroom of the soul.
Freedom from samsara. The ultimate goal — realization of one's true nature as Atman. Different schools describe it differently: union, dissolution, or eternal service.
The eternal, unchanging self within every being. Not the body, not the mind — the witness consciousness. "The Self is never born, nor does it die" (Gita 2.20).
The infinite, formless ground of all existence. Neither male nor female, beyond description. "That from which all beings are born, by which they live, and into which they return" (Taittiriya Upanishad).
THE TRIMURTI
Creates the universe at the beginning of each cosmic cycle. Four-faced, seated on a lotus born from Vishnu's navel. Holds the Vedas.
Maintains cosmic order. Incarnates as avatars — Rama, Krishna, and others — whenever dharma declines. Sleeps on the serpent Shesha in the cosmic ocean.
Dissolves the universe at the end of each cycle, enabling regeneration. The cosmic dancer (Nataraja), the great yogi, the lord of Mount Kailash.

Stilling the mind to experience the Self. From simple breath awareness to advanced mantra meditation and Kundalini yoga.
Japa
Repetition of a sacred mantra — Om, the Gayatri, or a deity's name — using a mala of 108 beads. Purifies the mind and opens the heart.
